What happens next?
We will inform the correct person of your feedback and investigate if your suggestions can be integrated into services.
We will inform the person or service of your compliment.
- If you have agreed to be contacted we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 days.
- Your complaint will be investigated and you will be informed of the outcome within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with the outcome you can either contact the Chief Executive officer or your complaint can be forwarded to the Board of Management.
