ASG values your feedback as it informs us what we are doing well and what services can be improved to best serve the Community.

There are many ways to provide feedback and they are listed below.

 At ASG we are proud of the services we provide to the community at large.We welcome all feedback, including compliments or suggestions in order to assist us in providing the best quality of service.

What happens next?

General Feedback

We will inform the correct person of your feedback and investigate if your suggestions can be integrated into services.

Compliment

We will inform the person or service of your compliment.

Complaint
  • If you have agreed to be contacted we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 days.
  • Your complaint will be investigated and you will be informed of the outcome within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with the outcome you can either contact the Chief Executive officer or your complaint can be forwarded to the Board of Management.
